Combating Covid-19

The World Health Organisation (WHO) has declared the coronavirus outbreak a global pandemic.
we are committed to supporting vulnerable communities here in the UK and underprivileged areas across the globe.

As with any crisis, low income families, the disabled, homeless and elderly people are facing difficulties to access food supplies and hygiene kits.

Our response to the Coronavirus outbreak includes:
* Food packages and grants for orphan children
* Hygiene kits including hand gloves, masks, toilet rolls, and hand sanitisers
* Clothings
* Awareness-raising leaflets on how to keep safe

COVID-19 is now affecting 185 counties around the world.
This is a serious health emergency. There is no time to waste.

We need your help to protect those who are most vulnerable and protect our world. Our emergency response will be concentrated on those living in poverty and the greatest need across Pakistan,
Bangladesh and Kashmir.

Donate towards the Coronavirus Emergency Appeal today and help save the community.

Please remember:

To ensure that we can stop the spread of disease, we strongly encourage all our supporters to stay at home and practice social distancing.  Adhering to this advice and your support to our emergency appeal is paramount to protect community, national and international health.

Free Medical Camp  4th, March 2020

Alhamdulillah,

By the help of the local community and sponsorships from geneorous people, our first annual free Medical Camp at Rarha Muzaffarabad has been organised by Siddiqui Educational Development Trust(UK).

The objective of this medical camp was to not only provide health services, but to also facilitate an educational environment for the underprivileged community, regarding health issues.

More than 1100 patients attended; blood tests (Hep B, C, H-Pylori), blood glucose monitoring, Typhidot, blood cholesterol and urine dipstick tests were performed in real time. Patients were also provided with prescription medicine. Alongside basic treatment and general check-ups, the Medical team has also helped people to become more aware of their health status.

A special thanks to Dr. Azhar Chaudhry who led this camp and brought a brilliant team with him, enabling this camp to be successful.

We are thankful to Muhammad Attique Yasir and all the volunteers of Siddique
Education Trust for organising and helping throughout. May Allah accept all our efforts and reward us in this world and the hereafter.
